About

Alexandra Hardy

BFA, MA, Professional Art Therapist of Quebec (PATQ)

In my practice, I specialize in helping people deal with traumatic events, addiction and psychological challenges related to identity, such as self-esteem, self-confidence and self-knowledge. In my professional experience, art therapy offers a unique pathway of nurturing and awakening individual potential, enabling deep exploration, self-understanding and personal fulfillment.

By creating a safe, caring space, I accompany my clients on their inner journey, using art as a powerful means of reflection and communication. My aim is to help them reconnect with their inner selves, cultivate a sharper sense of self-awareness and develop the resources needed to overcome life's challenges.

I'm constantly inspired by the remarkable transformations I see in my clients thanks to this creative, introspective approach. It's a process that fosters emotional growth, personal development and resilience, paving the way for a more authentic and fulfilled life.

If you're looking for guidance to reconnect with yourself, explore your creativity and embrace your personal growth, it would be my honor to support you on this journey.

Approche

My consultations and professional support qualify as being sensitive, flexible and personalized to each individual's needs. I am deeply committed to guiding people through art therapy sessions with great care and transparency to provide a space for expression without judgment.

My interventions aim to nurture, facilitate and promote introspective personal development through artistic creation. The activities chosen allow for the exploration of what is felt in the here and now (notably: emotions, stress symptoms, tensions, body sensations, inner conflicts, etc.). In this sense, the objective is to encourage reconnecting with oneself, one's body and one's emotional states. This process is done according to the individual's rhythm of progress and is maintained in a safe and therapeutic environment.
